Your Role as a Leader in Physical Therapy
Your impactful journey involves:
Assisting the Director of Therapy Operations in the daily operations of the therapy team, including scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with the physical therapy staff and hospital departments.
Providing direct care to patients and building rewarding relationships by understanding each patient's physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery.

Qualifications
Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role.
Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program required.
Minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy or leadership, with a minimum of two years of clinical experience.
Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certifications preferred.

Job Summary:
Provide nursing care to a defined group of patients, adhering to Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Washington ambulatory Nursing Care Standards, the Nursing Code of Ethics and Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Washington policies. As the leader of the health care team, provides professional nursing care, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care, policies, and procedures. The Urgent Care RN will provide care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment that acts similarly to a free-standing emergency department. Patient populations will include all ages, from neonates to geriatrics. Care will also include a large variety of chief complaints ranging from neurological, cardiac, and minor injury or illness. Ability to quickly prioritize and use critical thinking and clinical judgement to provide emergent and urgent care. Ability to work collaboratively with providers and other Urgent Care staff to provide high-quality patient care.

Ensures that patient understands medication purpose, side effects, and administration instructions in the hospital as well as at the time of discharge.
Documentation: Charting is accurate, legible, dated, and timed.
Documentation reflects the nursing process and interventions and evaluations taken.

Clinical Outcomes: Discusses patient findings and progress toward outcomes with physicians and other members of the health care team.

The Radiology Technologist position prepares patients for examinations and performs diagnostic radiology procedures following guidelines set by OhioHealth and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

Critiques images inputs through only those optimal for interpretation. Repeats images as necessary.

Greets patient and friendly manner and makes positive identification. Explains procedure in clear, understandable terms. Job Summary:

Providing direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis.
Supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
