What our transportation engineering projects include: Corridor design Highway framework studies and IJRs Signalized and roundabout intersection design Downtown transportation revitalization projects Roadway/highway design Transit design Stormwater design What you'll be doing You'll establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance expectations. Create and execute project work plans, revise when appropriate to meet changing needs; identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities; manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scopes Initiate and maintain relationships with clients to facilitate successful project completion. Set and manage client expectations; communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate options when project challenges arise; represent the company in project meetings; effectively facilitate team and client meetings; develop lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client loyalty. Provide oversight of project staff. Develop design alternatives; supervise design staff in preparation of PS&E; ensure QA/QC process is followed. Complete project documents. Initiate and complete any required documentation to support assigned projects; write draft and final reports - develop draft reports in concert with other project team members; review deliverables prepared by team prior to executive-level review and submission to clients.
