Efraim Grinberg joined the Company in June 1980 and served as the Company’s Vice President of Marketing from February 1985 until July 1986, at which time he was elected to the position of Senior Vice President of Marketing. Mr. E. Grinberg also serves on the Board of Directors of Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Inc. and Jewelers of America.
