I think the pros of working for this company is the welcoming and inclusive atmosphere and the teamwork.
No benefits, management is not the best at all and my salary/schedule was awful.

I would take the time to ensure that the employees actually get paid what they deserve based on good work performance and for management to do better at handling situations.

It was very below average and it resulted in me struggling to make ends meet.
