Strong understanding of content marketing and its role in demand generation and lead nurturing.

What will you do?
Engage with clients to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.
Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems and equipment.
Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
Maintain and perform work on air handling units, duct work, vents, and condensation drainage lines.
Accurately track repairs and complete work in Service Titan and other trade software systems.
Ensure that the work performed is aligned with industry standards.
