Responsibilities
The main focus of the Mechanic is to repair and maintain Company equipment and/or rolling stock in a safe and productive manner. This person must be able to operate hand and power tools, shop equipment, forklifts, frontend loaders, heel booms, bobcats, and Company rolling stock. Primary area of expertise will be Heavy Equipment, Hydraulics, and Diesel Engines.

Qualifications
One year certificate from college or technical school
Minimum five years related experience preferred
Master welding and oxy-acetylene torch skills. Including: MIG, Stick, Carbon Arc, Gas Welding, Brazing and Soldering Steel and Aluminum preferred
Ability to perform metal fabrication with precise dimensions and specifications preferred
Ability to read and comprehend electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics preferred
Ability to rebuild engines, transmissions, differentials, planetary sets, hydraulic pumps and motors and hydraulic cylinders preferred
