Technician Responsibilities: ● Traveling within our service radius to perform repairs or replacements. ● Pick up glass daily from our distributors, while also making sure they are not damaged or have defects. ● Communicating with customers, keeping them updated on ETA, any issues that may arise, as well as once the service is completed, giving them all necessary care information. ● Removing moldings, wipers, screws, bolts, and clips before glass installation and repairs and replacing them thereafter. ● Identifying issues that may affect glass installation, such as rust or vehicle damage. ● Doing a thorough cleaning both inside and outside of the vehicle after the service has been completed. ● Using clips, moldings, and adhesives to affix custom-cut glass to customers' vehicles. ● Communicate with Dispatch and other team members as necessary, in a timely manner. ● Be able to learn our scheduling software, process card payments, and handle cash as necessary.
