Purpose of Position: To provide Mission of Department and perform essential functions listed below.
Essential Functions:
· Answers all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner in accordance with policy and procedure.
· Obtain appropriate information and direct calls to appropriate in-house number or department.
· Make contact immediately under the guidelines of policy and procedure to relay messages to physicians, patients, managers, etc.
· Respond appropriately to calls from patients, on-call staff, managers, physicians, (customers), etc.
· Responsible and accountable for tasks necessary to properly identify in the patient processing system.
· Page over intercom system according to policy and procedure.
· Make timely and verbal contacts with each member of the OR call-back team. Respond to callbacks in accordance to policy and procedure.
· Perform all functions of the hospital computer system required to identify a patient's location.
· Use scripting policies as an effective communication tool with customers. Greet patients in accordance with the department's script policy and procedure.
· Treat patients, visitors and coworkers with respect and dignity. Assure that a patient's rights to fair and equitable treatment, self-determination, individuality, privacy, property and civil rights are maintained.
· Maintain confidentiality of patient information to assure Patient Rights and the rights of others are protected in accordance to policy and procedure. Release information in accordance with established privacy guidelines.
· Promote positive hospital image. Demonstrate fair, equitable, positive, and respectful behavior to coworkers and other agencies.
· Perform any other task requested by the Supervisor or Management in a willing and positive manner.

Maintain and train personnel on the various software systems utilized within the organization such as time management software, online learning software, and quality reporting software
Management, collaboration, and marketing for open positions and posting positions in the marketplace, and responsible for personnel recruitment
Coordinate, organize, and lead all-staff meetings
Maintain, manage, and promote LEAP program and maintain monthly reporting requirements, including reporting eligibility of new or discharged personnel and program completions
Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with HR policies
Assist with organization policy and procedure review of HR and assist department heads with review of job descriptions, daily time management, ensuring educational compliance, and assist or conduct departmental audits
Maintain federally mandated OSHA logs for workplace injury and fatality reporting. Work closely with facility worker's compensation provider, attorneys, case managers, and insurance representatives to manage the company's workers compensation issues
Assist department heads with corrective action, remediation, and follow-up of personnel issues and concerns

Summary:

JOB PURPOSE
As a Feed Mill Operator, you will be responsible for learning and understanding the feed mill manufacturing process.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
Learn the material process flow of entire feed mill to include receiving, grinding, batching, pelleting, and loadout.
Cross-train in all areas of production/maintenance at the feed mill and be proficient in all areas of plant automation.
Manage and plan production needs for each area of operation.
Responsible for the cleanliness of all areas of the feed mill and the grounds adjacent the plant.
Perform all job duties in a manner consistent with all Current Good Manufacturing Practices' (cGMP) and FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) protocols.
Process necessary paperwork and learn to account for items using computer skills as needed and follow procedures established to insure proper material flow.
Understand and follow safety rules consistent with standard operating procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent; or 1+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Ability to read and write reports and business correspondence, ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, employees, and visitors.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Must be able to make decisions on routine matters utilizing company policies, procedures and directions from upper management.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, not required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Monitor/Operate the RNG facilities from a control room, identify issues, and make necessary changes to ensure steady operations of the facilities
* Understand and support QSH&E goals and objectives, and on-going improvement plans and activities.
* Perform work orders and ensure all maintenance work is done in accordance with established safety rules.
* Perform calibrations and repair of PH sensors, Pressure, Temperature and Flow transmitters
* Ensure proper record keeping of calibrations in equipment data files.
* Perform preventive maintenance on fresh water and effluent systems, air systems, heat exchangers, and pumps
* Maintain compressors, motors, pumps, and valves associated with operations.
* Must be able to diagnose and repair electrical power and control systems.
* Use tools ranging from common hand tools and power tools to precision measuring instruments and electronic testing devices
* Must be on a rotating on call schedule

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:

Preferred:

SCHEDULE
The biogas technician will be on a rotation with other technicians. They will work 7 days on (Thursday-Wednesday) and then 7 days off. The hours and days of work are established by departmental needs and at the discretion of management. Occasionally, overtime or changes in schedule will be required as special circumstances arise Position includes an on-call rotation for nights and weekends.

Feed Mill Engineering Technician

JOB PURPOSE
As the Engineering Technician, you will apply engineering principles to conduct the preventative and downtime maintenance for the industrial layout and manufacturing production, under the direction of engineering staff. This will involve principles in electrical, mechanical and boiler operations of the production facility. Install and perform maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment consistent with Seaboard policies and procedures. Other duties include welding and fabrication, pipe fitting, boiler maintenance, insulating, installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment, repairing building structure. Follow safety rules and regulations as established by Seaboard. Utilizing engineer theory and experience may perform studies in the facility to establish production rates that improve efficiency. Apply principles of mechanical engineering to adjust machinery and equipment under direction of engineering staff.

Observe and understand the flow of all products at specified stages in the production process or adherence to specifications that are delivered to and from the feed mill.
Identify opportunities for improvements in quality, costs, or efficiency of automation equipment, by developing a full understanding, internally and externally, of the facility.
Develop a full understanding of automation systems that control all the areas of the production facility.
Upgrade, innovate, and confer with other staff and feed mill management to determine when maintenance will least interfere with operations.
Maintain records of planned and completed maintenance utilizing work orders and maintenance logs to verify that records adhere to equipment specifications.
Analyze or estimate maintenance costs, such as production equipment, and plant space.
Perform timely repair, routine maintenance, and preventative maintenance on various mechanical and electrical equipment in the system used during regular operations.
Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices.
Inspect drives, motors, belts, and other operating devices. Check fluid levels, clean, or lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions following established checklists.
Recognize and diagnose mechanical problems, and determine corrective action needed, by observing worker performance.
Review complex blueprints, piping, sketches, schematics and wiring diagrams to ascertain test specifications, procedures, and objectives, and test nature of technical problems such as redesign.

Assists in maintenance activities including grounds maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS

Associate degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology, or at least two years' related experience.
Ability to solve problems in theoretical knowledge in field of discipline.
Ability to read and write reports and business correspondence, ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, employees, and visitors.
Must be able to make decisions on routine matters utilizing company policies, procedures, and directions from upper management.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, not required.
Proficient experience in welding, electrical troubleshooting, and PLC (programmable logic controllers), preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and is commonly exposed to airborne particles and gasses at low concentrations and cold or humid weather conditions.
