What You'll Do
Pick up and sort mail daily; deliver mail to the post office at the end of each workday. Partner with overnight mail vendor to ensure employee access list is current.
Greet, direct and provide information to all visitors in a friendly and professional manner while determining the nature of the visit. Assist Human Resources with the arrival of job candidates and new employees.
Maintains SCU Service/Access/Badge tickets in the SCU helpdesk. Acts as the liaison with SCU service vendors.
Maintains the non-critical Facilities vendors int he Vendor Management Software. Ensures all new vendors are entered into the Vendor Management Software, any vendor not currently being used is disabled and ensure all Certificates of Insurance and W9's are up to date to maintain vendor compliance. Verifies all documents are up to date and included in the Vendor folders.

Role

The Day to Day as a Digital Marketing Specialist
The Digital Marketing Strategist is instrumental in managing the Scott Credit Union (SCU) message across various digital channels and will develop, implement, and manage the digital strategy. Provides members services by contacting members with updates on pending loan applications from time of approval, through loan closing, after funding, and until title has been perfected, if applicable.
Responsible for the review of loan supporting documents to ensure accuracy, and completion, of documents before proceeding with the loan closing.
Responsible for following up on collateralized titles to ensure that SCU lien is placed properly and within specific lending guideline timeframes.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

The Day to Day as a Financial Services Representative
Financial Services Representatives are one of the primary points of contact for SCU members. They are responsible for creating an exceptional member experience by engaging with members and educating them on the products and services SCU has to offer. A typical day will look like:
Responsible for identifying, educating, presenting and cross selling SCU products and services to new and existing members in accordance with SCU's member engagement model.
Responsible for meeting individual sales and operational goals as well as assisting the branch team in achieving branch goals.
Recognize cross sale opportunities through needs based financial conversations, referring members to mortgage, business lending/services and investments.
Ensures consistent delivery of SCU's member engagement model leveraging technology including tablets, enhanced ATM's and other digital service channels available to SCU members.
Maintain cross functional capabilities. Process financial transitions for members including opening and closing of accounts. Input, review, negotiate and close member loan application requests. Process deposits and withdrawals from accounts. Efficient in all teller duties as needed.
Provides one or more of the following services for members, in person, by telephone or by mail:
Processes deposits to share, share draft, and other savings accounts.
Disburses cash or check withdrawals.
Provides money orders and cash advances.
Receives loan payments and service charge payments for services.
Process transfers between accounts as required.
Processes automatic distribution forms, recording allotments according to member's request.

Role
The Training Specialist will aid in developing, enhancing, and conducting new and existing Credit Union training programs for all Credit Union staff. This role assists the Learning Experience Manager in ensuring staff have the knowledge, skills, and competencies to deliver exceptional member service and drive organizational success.
Duties
* Facilitate new employee orientation sessions for all departments and on-the-job (OTJ) training for tellers, including but not limited to member service standards, negotiable instruments, cash handling, transaction processing, and system(s) navigation. * Create training materials, manuals, job aids, and other training resources. Assist in ensuring all training resources remain current on the Credit Union intranet.

Maintain accurate records of all collection efforts and member communications within the credit union's collection management system.
Conduct skip-tracing investigations using available resources such as credit reports and member databases to locate members with whom contact has been lost.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve member issues and ensure that all accounts are handled appropriately and timely.
Ensure that all collection activities are compliant with state and federal regulations and internal credit union policies.
What You Bring
High School Diploma or equivalent.
One to three years' experience working in a Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service environment.
Personal computer experience to include Microsoft Office Products.

What You'll Do
Operates on-line teller terminal and accurately records amounts received and prepares reports of transactions.
Perform required OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) screens as outlined in the Non-Member Verafin Processing policy and reports any positive matches to the BSA Group. Complies with BSA requirements of completing CTR and SAR.
Foster and maintains relationships with members responsible for providing prompt, professional, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous member service. Investigates member concerns, researches and recommends a resolution to branch management. Ensure we are meeting expectations with member service satisfaction results.
Educate members on SCU Products and Services including referring members to FSR's, mortgage, business lending/services and investments.
Daily opens and closes Teller terminal, accounts for cash assigned, received, disbursed. Accurately balances to teller terminal close report and remits daily work to Teller Supervisor for disposition.
