Compensation:

Responsibilities:
Loading, unloading, and moving material as needed.
Cleaning up the work area of hazardous materials.
Operating tools (benders, pliers, snips, and shears, etc.) and machinery (e.g., forklifts) when needed.
Performing basic maintenance on tools and equipment.
Works closely with Sheet Metal Operators to complete projects and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
Follow instructions from the supervisor or leadman to perform manual labor tasks.
Assisting Sheet Metal Operators daily.
Report issues with equipment or unsafe working conditions.
Choosing the right sheet metals to use for the project based on plans and blueprints.
Precisely measuring sheet metal and marking it at the proper places to comply with the required specifications.
Using cutting tools to prepare sheet metal for use in subsequent steps in manufacturing or for as-is installation.
Qualifications:

About the role
