ABOUT THE ROLE:
Camper Experience: Stay awake and remain alert for the entire night shift and assist counselors with getting participants in bed/ ready for the day
Participation: Responsible for the personal care of campers. This includes showering, toileting, lifts, transfers and grooming. Engage with campers to amplify their confidence and social skills.
Teamwork: Fill out night log paperwork for every night and monitor campers for health concerns and alert nursing staff as necessary. De-escalate participant behaviors and ensure that no participants leave the lodge throughout the night. Follow night routine for participants

The Patient Care Technician Trainee (PCT Trainee) will be in training to learn how to provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. The PCT Trainee will learn how to perform the hemodialysis treatment according to Satellite and the local center's policies and procedures. The care that will be taught will include taking and monitoring patient vital signs, performing blood tests, documenting appropriate patient information, preparing and monitoring dialysis equipment, and cleaning equipment.
