Great co workers
Management doesn’t support the staff, administration pretends they care but ultimately provides little support as well.
Days off
Better than the last ceo, younger more accepting of current climate but puts trust in other admin that caused many problems with previous regime.
Get rid of holdovers from prior administration, start supporting the staff and come up with real solutions to issues they face.
Prepared by knowing my experiences, how I could provide the people I was potentially going to work with better service.
Working with people, helping others in need
They will hire anyone with the qualifications and experience needed. Workforce is comprised primarily of women.
Compensation does not keep anyone at the company, while improved it is still not adequate in economy.
Friendly staff, helpful managers, abondunce of training opportunities, and ability to gain extra hours
