You will have the opportunity to field all incoming telephone calls from consumers who have questions about Aging Programs such as Needs Assessments, Functional Eligibility Determinations, home modifications, OPTIONS, or other programs. You can expect to complete request for assistance forms for consumers who come into the agency as walk-ins and conduct home visits in the community to those consumers who require assistance in gathering financial documentation or other application information.

Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.

Base Salary:
The base salary for this position is $82,000 plus an uncapped commission plan, and opportunities for bonus and benefits, if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.
Commissions at plan:
Targeted commissions are thirty-two thousand, four hundred dollars annually. Our sales total compensation offers the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
Safely operate company vehicles, including trucks and trailers, in compliance with all CDL regulations and Lazer's guidelines
Transport trailers to and from designated locations in a timely and safe manner.
Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure operational safety.
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures as well as federal, state and industry regulations
Ensure proper handling of equipment and products for our customers in accordance with agreed services
Communicate and work effectively with dispatchers, customers, team members and/or third-party vendors working in the designated work location. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes, and any incidents.
Qualifications
Valid Commercial Driver's License Class A
Proven experience as a class A CDL driver with a satisfactory MVR driving record.
Current DOT Physical and Medical Card Knowledge of applicable federal, state and industry truck driving rules and regulations on public roads and private properties (i.e. distribution centers, etc.)
Ability to handle long hours and adapt to various weather conditions.
