As a Make Ready Technician, you will be expected to maintain a luxurious appearance of the apartment units to prepare a welcoming home for our residents to move in to. By maintaining all equipment and rental units, the Make Ready Technician will apply current and gained knowledge to display a luxurious and inviting community through the repair and installation of newly leased units. This position is offering a $2,500 Retention Bonus and has the potential to earn over $2K per year! On any given day you will: Get apartment homes ready for new move in. Assist the Service team with work orders. Ensure all equipment is in working condition. Understand layout of the property and awareness of equipment locations. Communicate with the Service or Make Ready Supervisor about unsafe or hazardous environments on the property. Servicing requests that result in working both in and outdoors. Be available for On-Call Emergencies. What You'll Need to Succeed: 1-2 years of experience as a Make-Ready Technician. 1-2 years of Apartment turn over experience.
