Ken Lowe is Chairman of the Board, President and CEO of Scripps Networks Interactive, a leading lifestyle media provider for television, the Internet and other media platforms. Previously, he was President and CEO of The E.W. Scripps Company from 2000 until 2008, when Scripps Networks Interactive became a separate, publicly traded company. Prior to 2000, Lowe was Chairman and CEO of Knoxville-based Scripps Networks. He built the company into one of the nation's fastest growing and most successful creators of unique brands for television and the Internet. He founded and launched HGTV in 1994; oversaw the acquisition and transformation of the Food Network into an American pop culture icon; presided over the launches of the DIY Network and the Cooking Channel as well as the acquisitions of the Travel Channel in 2009 and Great American Country television network in 2004. Lowe also guided the development of the company’s growing portfolio of interactive content services in the food and home lifestyle categories. Lowe joined the E.W. Scripps Company in 1980 as General Manager of the company's radio properties. In 1988, he became Vice President of Programming, Promotion and Marketing for the company's nine network-affiliated television stations. Lowe began his career in radio with Southern Broadcasting in 1969 and continued with various management positions in radio and television with Harte-Hanks Broadcasting in the late 1970s. Lowe serves on the Board of Directors for the National Cable & Telecommunications Association, The Paley Center for Media and The Cable Center. In the past he served on the Cincinnati Business Committee and Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation.

Preceding his current role, Jablin served as President of Scripps’ Home Category business for four years,where his management was instrumental in positioning the company as leading on-air and online content destinations for the home and garden category. Prior to HGTV, Jablin worked for more than 10 years in television news. He began his career as a Researcher at WBBM-TV in Chicago, eventually working his way up to Executive Producer of late night news and special events programming for the CBS-owned station. Jablin then served as ExecutiveProducer for Fox-owned KTTV in Los Angeles.

Active in the philanthropic community, Gibson is a member of the board of trustees of United Way of America. In Knoxville, she is a founding member and co-chair of the Women of Tocqueville and serves as a member of the board of directors for the United Way of Greater Knoxville. She is also a trustee of the Episcopal School of Knoxville board, serving as chair of the committee on trustees. Gibson earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia, School of Law. She has a bachelor’s degree in history from Wake Forest University.

NJ Pesci was elevated to chief human resources officer at Scripps Networks Interactive in March 2015. In this role, Pesci oversees the company’s human resource operations with a focus on aligning recruiting, talent management and organizational design with the company’s operating objectives and long-term strategic growth priorities. Preceding his HR career, Pesci worked as an analyst for the United States Department of Defense in Washington, D.C. Fluent in Italian, Pesci has also spent considerable time working as a missionary in southern Italy and Sicily. Pesci earned a master’s degree in organizational behavior from Brigham Young University and serves as a member of that program’s advisory board. In addition, Pesci presently serves on the board of directors for CTHRA (Cable and Telecommunications Human Resource Association). Later, he joined CBS radio before moving on to local CBS television sales and eventually national television sales in New York. Additionally, he managed television sales operations in both New York and Los Angeles. Overall, Gigliotti spent 21 years with CBS and left the network as the Vice President and Station Manager of KCBS-TV in Los Angeles. He then moved to Sacramento where he held the position of Vice President/General Manager of KOVR-TV until moving to WMAR-TV. Throughout his career, Gigliotti has participated in many community-oriented efforts in several cities, including serving as a board member for the Urban League in Baltimore and Sacramento, for Towson University and other organizations that serve children. He also co-chaired the American Heart Association fundraiser in 2009 and was a member of the Board of the East Tennessee Discovery Center. Gigliotti studied engineering at Villanova University and received a degree in marketing from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He resides in Knoxville, Tenn. with his wife and two sons.
