This team equips our analysts with the tools and knowledge to make decisions and resolve issues on the first call. Job Summary: The bilingual Technical Support Analyst is responsible for responding to inbound customer service calls to provide remote support problem resolution with the highest level of professionalism and courtesy. Responsible for opening service requests in a ticketing system that allows for organizing, tracking, and escalating of customer inquiries that range from general “how to” questions to more advanced technical issues. The Technical Support Analyst may also assist with customer support projects and/or research projects, as needed. This is a remote work from home position regardless of location. There will be required 3 week onsite training at our headquarters in Mission, KS. Reporting Relationship: Supervisor, Technical Support Shift: Thursday through Sunday 9:30 am-8:00 pm CST. This role is primarily performed remotely, though Kansas City Metro employees may be required to work on-campus periodically according to business need. Generally, all positions may be performed on-campus. Regular, punctual, and predictable attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro. Added Care Coordination and physical health screening for mental health clients Greater access to Social Services for clients' economic and social needs Increased specialized services for veterans, those most in need, and those impacted by the opioid crisis. Required Certifications & Licenses: Peer Recovery Support Specialist Certification (if you do not already have, you will obtain after hire) Case Manager I Certification (to be completed within 60 days of eligibility) Wellness Coach Certification (if you do not already have, you will obtain after hire) Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record (required for travel and client transportation) Certification Fees: PRSS Certification: $26 application fee (required before start date). The Peer Recovery Support Specialist (PRSS) provides peer support services, based on an individualized, recovery-focused service philosophy that allows individuals the opportunity to learn to manage their own recovery and advocacy process. This position is based at the Women's Justice Team, a substance use and mental health outpatient program for female-identified individuals at risk of further entanglement with the criminal legal system. The PRSS will work to enhance the development of natural supports, coping skills and other skills necessary to function as independently as possible in the community, including, but not limited to assisting with substance use, mental health, intimate partner violence and/or incarceration recovery. The PRSS serves as an advocate and provides information and peer support for consumers in emergency, outpatient or inpatient settings. The PRSS performs a wide range of tasks to assist consumers in regaining control of their lives and recovery processes. Must possess the skills to maintain a high level of professionalism, ethics and interactions with all ODMHSAS and other funding source stakeholders. Must be willing to serve in the community and on-site. Requirements * Personal experience in active recovery of mental illness or substance use. Personal experience with criminal legal system-involvement and trauma history preferred. * High School diploma or equivalent required. * Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist (PRSS) by ODMHSAS required. * Specialized experience as a recipient of mental health and/or substance abuse services and experience as a paid or volunteer staff working with adults with severe mental illness/substance abuse preferred. * Able to work with the public in a diplomatic and objective manner. * Always maintain an effective working relationship with agency employees and professional, ethical relationship with clients. * Able to maintain a professional manner and confidentiality at all times. * Possess a Driver's License and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office. *Mileage reimbursement provided* * Transport clients in personal automobile. *Mileage Reimbursement provided* * Able to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations is preferred. * Document activities, write reports, business correspondence both written and electronic preferred. * Effectively present information and respond to questions from colleagues, clients, customers and the general public required. * Effectively communicate and interact with colleagues, clients, client's families, public and third party payer personnel preferred. * Willing to work out in the field, including but not limited to inside of the jail (requires 5 years after release from incarceration).
