As a Workday Federal Change Management Lead, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the organizational change journey associated with Workday implementations.

As a Workday Change Management Lead, your project assignments and development activities may include:
Creating and implementing change management strategies and communications, drafting communication materials, developing, and delivering training, facilitating sponsor and stakeholder meetings, and developing change management deliverables specific to a Workday implementation
Support and lead the development of change management, communication, and training strategies
Support the development of communication plans and collateral with a wide array of stakeholders

What You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of FIVE (5) years of change management experience with Workday; OR a Master's degree with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of change management experience with Workday. Required Experience
5-8+ years experience as a ScrumMaster and/or Software Project Manager, preferably supporting Federal Government Agile delivery.
Demonstrated experience managing Agile delivery using SAFe or scaled Agile constructs including PI Planning, PI execution tracking, and multi-release coordination.
Strong experience leading delivery in environments requiring cross-team coordination across Dev, Test, UX/508, Security, CM, DevOps/EOps, and architecture stakeholders.
Agile Tooling and Reporting
Expert-level proficiency with Atlassian Jira for product/sprint/release planning, workflow configuration, dashboards, metrics, and reporting; experience maintaining product backlog and sprint backlog artifacts in Jira.
Experience managing Agile documentation and deliverables in SharePoint Online and collaborating via MS Teams.
DevSecOps / Engineering Awareness
Working knowledge of DevSecOps practices and coordination across CI/CD pipelines and deployments (ITAC uses Jenkins and GitHub Actions).
Familiarity with common SDLC tooling: GitHub/Bitbucket, SonarQube, Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift, ServiceNow, test automation tooling, and release/change governance.
Ability to support delivery of modernization initiatives requiring alignment with enterprise architecture, security mandates, and Zero Trust directions.
Compensation and Benefits
The projected compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $160,000 per year benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors, including but not limited to role, location, the combination of education/training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
