Utilize learnings and best practices in furthering the effective use of Agile practices.
Facilitate open communication among team members and stakeholders; promote positive team dynamics to ensure members collaborate and work effectively, while guiding team members that are not into a more collaborative space.
Build and leverage effective alliances across other teams and the technical and business communities.
Participate and actively contribute to the Agile Community, partnering closely with Agile Coaches and Leadership to Evolve the Way We Work.
Increase the overall Agile maturity for teams,and support higher complexity work towards successful outcomes.
Supports Agile team(s) that have various levels of agile maturity; actively works to upskill those teams in agile practices and increases their overall agile maturity.
May also play a scrum-of-scrum role, managing the flow of work through an entire Circle rather than on an individual team or teams.

The starting pay range for Minnesota is $74,000 to $98,000 per year. Skills:
Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) disciplines
MID (5-9 YRS OF EXPERIENCE)
• Understand key business objectives and strategy of the product, and be able to communicate to the team
• Select which productivity and achievement metrics will be tracked for scrum teams and track team's performance against these metrics (e.g. velocity); monitor these on an ongoing basis
• Facilitate process of deciding which stories will be included in each sprint through understanding team's velocity and story scope and size
• Help select which stories they will work on
• Manage progress by facilitating daily scrum meetings and helping team members overcome roadblocks
• Facilitate process of working with Product Manager/Product Owner and team to re-balance and re-prioritize work within a sprint
• Protect engineering team from distractions and interruptions by people outside the team
• Manage burndowns and other documentation to oversee progress in each sprint
• Understand technology roadmap and help team fit their work into this roadmap, where applicable
• Coordinate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review/retrospective sessions with rest of team members
• 3-5 years experience in a technical or engineering role
• Experience leading a team of 5+ engineers
• 1-3 years experience as a Scrum Master
• Scrum Master certification
• Provide visibility into progress by maintaining JIRA, burn down charts, velocity analysis, etc.

The Project Lead - Manufacturing Systems provides leadership focus on projects to implement new and/or significant changes to both domestic and international manufacturing facilities and/or processes at Polaris focused on critical IT manufacturing systems. * Develop processes, procedures, equipment, best practices, and strategy for manufacturing systems at Polaris.
* Provide technical guidance and make appropriate decisions to enable project success.
* Define and manage the project budget.
* Define and manage project plans ensuring that key milestones, metrics, and dates are met.
* Setup reoccurring reviews to monitor progress, achieve results, and enable communication within all levels of the organization.
* Ensure manufacturing best practices and processes are utilized and implemented on project(s).
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required, preferably in an engineering related field such as Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
* Minimum 2 years related experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures to the completion of projects.
* Previous experience with managing large and complex projects.
* Strong organizational, communication (written, verbal, presentation), leadership and project management skills.
* Possesses foundational knowledge of financial metrics and performance indicators.
* Creative, innovative, decisive, prone to action, commitment to quality, and strong customer focus are critical traits for this position.

The starting pay range for Minnesota is $74,000 to $98,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
