As an integral member of Agile development teams working on software, firmware, or hardware products, the Scrum Master has responsibility for coaching the team on Agility and accountability for the effectiveness of the team. Responsibilities include using Agile frameworks and practices to effectively achieve team goals. Depending on team/organization, this may include Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Helps team to self-organize and self-manage while understanding, teaching and coaching Agile and/or Lean principles. Creates an environment for continued learning and continuous improvement. Helps Agile teams identify, mitigate and/or eliminate dependencies with other teams and communicates the status of these dependencies as needed. Facilitates team events and helps remove impediments. You will report to the Manager, Engineering and will work a hybrid schedule at our office in Mayfield Heights, OH.
Your Responsibilities:

Help assure the team follows Scrum/XP/Agile best practices and product development processes.

Facilitate Scrum/XP, Agile and SAFe events including Daily Stand Up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective, and Inspect and Adapt workshops.
Coordinate solution implementation and delivery with other Scrum Masters and external teams.
Communicate to all levels of the organization, including progress tracking and reporting.
Maintain relevant metrics that help the team and program see how they are doing.
Balances changes in direction or requirements while protecting the team so the team can achieve committed goals.
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure team execution and performance are aligned with our goals - near and long-term.

Here's what you need:
+ Minimum of 7 years SAP functional and technical experience/expertise in EWM.

Cross‑team unblocking: Coordinate with enterprise platforms (e.g., Hogan, Commercial Digital) and partner squads when dependencies or data/process gates impede COS squads.
Continuous improvement: Share meaningful metrics; facilitate retros that lead to measurable experiments; advocate for team health and sustainable pace.
Must‑have qualifications
Proven Scrum Master (2-5+ years) in product‑centric delivery, ideally within Salesforce ecosystems or adjacent onboarding/servicing platforms. Evidence of driving cadence across squads and PIs.
Hands‑on with Jira and Jira Align-able to keep hierarchies clean and guide teams to close sprints accurately before fiscal/PI deadlines.
Working knowledge of EPPIC processes-timesheet cycles, fiscal month/quarter close expectations, and how to initiate/document EPPIC Change Requests.
Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, QA and Operations.
Preferred
Experience with nCino/Salesforce delivery in commercial onboarding & servicing; familiarity with Hogan concepts helpful.
Comfortable curating release calendars and coordinating change windows across multiple squads.
Background in banking/fintech onboarding flows (e.g., DDA opening, specialty accounts, DocuSign envelopes).

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $79,000.00 - $146,000.00 annually. The Transmission Capital Portfolio Team is tasked with the identification, on-boarding, tracking, and prioritization of transmission capital projects in the ten-year portfolio. Responsibilities include:
Strategic development and balancing of the capital portfolio (10-year portfolio) and providing oversight by performing financial analysis, resource evaluations, and ad-hoc support as necessary.
Assisting in the development of detailed project scopes for all of the FirstEnergy Transmission portfolio of projects.
Support comprehensive review plans at specific asset locations and promote projects into the overall capital portfolio plan.
