EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES PhD, PharmD, or other advanced degree preferred. Greater than 10 years of extensive clinical trial, drug development, and regulatory experience, with a strong scientific background. Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, managing project teams in a matrix environment rather than direct line management. Significant late-stage clinical development experience and exposure to different therapeutic modalities. Oncology and autoimmune experience are highly desirable. Travel Requirements Domestic and international travel may be required. In addition to a competitive base salary ranging from $322,000 to $344,000, we offer stock options, restricted stock units, a stock purchase plan (ESPP) and a target bonus.
