Required Qualifications: Education & Experience Guidelines Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or other relevant field 2-5 years of experience in Agile software delivery, including experience as a dedicated Scrum Master. Experience in healthcare software, medical devices, or other regulated industries strongly preferred. Proven track record of enabling high-performing Agile teams delivering enterprise or clinical software products. Strong understanding of SDLC, QA automation, and DevOps practices.
