Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: IT Project Manager 3+ Years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a focus on software development and project management methodologies. Strong proficiency in project management tools. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: IT Project Manager Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required. Knowledge of retail business and its operations, with a willingness to learn and adapt to its needs.
