Maintain a professional working relationship with customers, on-site supervisors, administrative, and operational support personnel Conduct meetings/briefings and discuss issues with the management staff as necessary to fulfill company and contract requirements. Coordinate and visit with customer(s) as necessary on all items concerning the successful contract operation. Write performance appraisals for employees supervised in accordance with company directives. Serves as a primary liaison with customers to ensure compliance with contract specifications and resolution of problems and issues, as they arise; arbitrates claims or complaints occurring in performance of contracts. Continually monitors and evaluates contractor staff performance against contract specifications, and recommends appropriate remedial action as necessary. Resolution of routine matters and customers with proper packaging and shipping rules in accordance with guidance and regulations. Take direction, interact, and maintain open communication with supervisor/lead. Support the company vision, values, and quality program controls. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES RELATED TO THIS POSITION MAY INCLUDE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: Complete and submit all monthly reports promptly Responsible for on-site leadership and direction of all employees Ensure that all functions are performed correctly, and be able to provide on-the-spot corrections and direction Ensure that all site-specific security requirements are being met and followed Interact with high-level officials politely and professionally. WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Adequate ability for conversation use, telephone use, and emergency information systems. Ability to independently mobilize on all surfaces and situations Ability to move safely about the work area. Ability to retrieve items from high and low areas Ability to perceive size, discrimination, temperature, shapes, and/or textures Physical stamina to work at least 8 hours per day. Physically able to lift boxes and packages weighing up to 70 pounds using proper equipment and lifting techniques. EMOTIONAL CAPACITIES: Must be able to change routine positively. Must be able to follow through on assignments independently. Must have good organizational skills. Must have a long attention span to listen to people, perceive the real problems, and bring issues to a successful conclusion. Must be able to analyze many variables and choose the most effective course of action for the organization at any given point in time. Must possess effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to maintain confidentiality. Must have stable work behaviors daily. Must have adequate individual coping skills. Must be able to maintain good work attendance. Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict, and make effective decisions even in an emergency.
