Delivery metrics and communication improve quarter over quarter. Product and engineering alignment is tight - and velocity increases without sacrificing quality or compliance. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles, backlog refinement, and cross-team coordination. Excellent communicator who builds trust across engineering, product, and design. Comfortable working in a dynamic, data-driven, and AI-centric environment. Bonus if you have experience in FinTech, RegTech, or enterprise SaaS environments with compliance or data-sensitivity considerations. Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) preferred but not essential - we value pragmatic agility over rigid process. Work Location & Flexibility This position is based in our New York City office and follows a hybrid work model. Employees work on-site (3) days per week.
