Track project KPIs, deadlines, and budgets, providing regular status updates to leadership.

Refine Agile and DevOps practices to improve delivery speed and quality.
Facilitate post-mortems and retrospectives to identify and implement improvements.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience managing software development projects in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Proven experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tools.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

The PERILS team is a multi-discipline group focusing on peril research, the development of next generation analytics, and event response activities. * Update key Scrum metrics into Wipro internal tool on a Sprint-by-Sprint basis
* Analyse key Scrum metrics and take corrective actions
* Create competency improvement and cross-skilling plan for the team (by the start of the project). Review monthly and ensure improvement in competency score. Ensure multiskilling for at least 50% of the team.
* Help team attain stable velocity within 6-8 sprints (allowing for 10% variation either way)

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
