Primary Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Solution Owner will drive execution and implementation of multiple solutions by working closely with the Solution Manager, Business Analysts, developers and QA. They will manage the roadmap and backlog for each solution. The Solution Owner will act as a program management leader who proactively collaborates across teams, surfaces/manages dependencies, raises risks and prioritization conflicts, and relentlessly drives toward successful releases. In this role they will own the solution end to end, inception to delivery, engage with developers on sprint planning, coordinate with testing teams (UAT and QA), and coordinate release dates. The summary of the Business Systems Consultant 5/SCRUMMaster, within the PM Methods team, and as part of the Accelerated Value Enablement (AVE) group (aka, Enterprise Agile Center of Excellence) is as follows: Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate and lead individual scrum teams in all aspects of scrum-daily meetings, planning, self-organization, collaboration & iterative development
Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values • Drive teams toward continuous Agile maturity
Create, maintain, and promote consistent Agile practices across all teams within Wells Fargo in cooperation with Accelerated Value Enablement (AVE)
Perform Agile Maturity assessments for teams, provide coaching and input to reach higher levels of maturity, continuous improvement
Guide the team to remove impediments allowing the work to get done
Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
Support and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
Produce Agile metrics and reporting 3 + years of experience as a scrummaster DQO0007675- Adaptable and flexible coaching style which takes into account the needs and learning styles of a diverse team Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies: used in waterfall or Agile development projects Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Agile Certification A BS/BA degree or higher
Experience Technical Project Methodology (TPM), SDLC, change and project management methodologies, concepts, practices, procedures and standards
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM, PSM I) or higher and / or a Certified Agile Coach.
