Your future duties and responsibilities: * Lead business analysis activities including requirements elicitation, process mapping, documentation of functional/non-functional requirements, and stakeholder alignment. * Develop high-quality user stories in Jira using standard formats including Gherkin (Given/When/Then), acceptance criteria, and Definition of Done. * Serve as Scrum Master for the team, facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and backlog refinement. * Support teams in transitioning from Kanban or hybrid workflows to a consistent Scrum-based delivery approach. * Partner with technical teams to ensure clarity around event-driven architecture components, integrations, and data flows. * Work with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized and groomed backlog aligned with business value. * Identify risks, dependencies, and impediments; drive resolutions and follow through to completion. * Enable continuous improvement by coaching team members on Agile practices, metrics, and delivery discipline. * Provide visibility into sprint performance through reporting and metrics to stakeholders and leadership. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: * 5+ years of experience as a Business analyst in an Agile environment * 2+ years performing Scrum Master responsibilities for one or more teams * Strong experience writing user stories in Jira using Gherkin format, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Done * Practical understanding of event-driven architecture concepts, message flows, and integration patterns.
