Oracle Health Data Intelligence (HDI) is hiring a Principal Technical Program Manager - Operations to lead key strategic and operational initiatives across the organization. This is a highly visible role where you'll report directly to the Director of Operations as a right-hand leader and help scale programs, headcount, tooling, and processes across operations, engineering, product, leadership, and other cross-functional partner teams. In addition, this role will help ensure **operational alignment with international compliance frameworks and medical device regulatory requirements** as HDI scales its solutions globally.
**Responsibilities**
**What You'll Do:**
+ **Report to Ops Leadership:** Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Director of Operations, helping drive execution on org-wide initiatives and leading critical decision-making forums.

This role serves as the main point of contact to supervise and manage the fast-paced, ever-evolving construction, repair, alteration, and modification change order requirements for our government client. Our client's change orders, also referred to as Technical Task Orders (TTOs) include all types of work, typically small in nature, and associated with provisioning the electrical connections, mechanical connections, logistics, and other installation activities for an operational data center. The primary responsibilities of this role are ensuring scope clarity, accurate estimates, coordination of work activities including subcontractors and other trades, quality of work, and closing out the as-built records and work tickets necessary complete and bill the work. GTAC provides Geospatial Information System (GIS), Geospatial Positioning System (GPS), remote sensing, and other geospatial support and services to a variety of customers both inside and outside the agency. The center is responsible for acquiring services from geospatial professionals that can apply advanced scientific knowledge to areas such as analysis, national service center coordination, technology evaluation, training, help-desk, operational support, and data/product delivery.
