PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The technical project manager will support the ongoing projects in the following areas:

- Collaborate with data engineers that build and maintain robust pipelines, connecting platforms such as Airtable, Aspera, Jira, and Zendesk
- Partner with data taxonomist who ensure data is properly normalized, deduplicated and accessible for analytics and compliance
Business Intelligence & Analytics
- Deliver clean, reliable dashboards and ad hoc reports for finance, production, legal, operations, and other internal teams
- Enable use cases that help the Product team translate raw data into narratives that support operational planning, strategic forecasting and risk analysis in collaboration with the AIML Product & Engineering teams internally
- Support the development of self-serve reporting capabilities using tools like Tableau, Airtable & Datahaiku
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and validate data needs
- Provide expertise on how best to leverage data across business operations and vendor-facing systems
REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture, analytics, or business intelligence, with 8+ years in media, entertainment, or creative industries
- Expertise in data taxonomies and documentation for business operations
- Strong command of SQL and experience working with cloud-based data platforms
- Demonstrated success integrating third-party business platforms (e.g., Airtable) into centralized data environments
- Experience developing reports and dashboards with tools like Tableau, Business Objects, Datahaiku or HAWK

Role Description:

Our client is looking for a Sr. Project Manager with expertise in Agile Release Management The PM position is responsible for assisting in coordinating and delivering high quality releases for front end and back end software for customer-facing solutions. Job Summary
The Project Manager will lead complex development programs involving firmware, software, electronics, and acoustics for QSC Pro Audio products. This role requires strong technical acumen and exceptional leadership skills to drive projects from concept through design, prototyping, full-scale testing, and delivery. The Project Manager will develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality objectives while actively managing day-to-day operations. Acting as the primary liaison between program management, senior leadership, and various department representatives, this individual will monitor project status, expenditures, and forecasts, implementing corrective actions as needed to achieve on-time and on-budget results. Role Description:
As a Scrum Master & Project Manager you will be responsible for guiding Agile teams, coordinating project activities, and ensuring business results are achieved through effective delivery. You will lead and facilitate sprint ceremonies, support backlog management, and provide Agile coaching to help teams continuously improve. In this role, you will coordinate across cross-functional teams, remove blockers, and ensure initiatives move smoothly from planning through execution.
You will also play a critical role in organizing and tracking initiatives, using tools like Jira, Trello, or Monday.com to manage progress and reporting. As a central point of contact for the client and internal teams, you will help drive alignment on priorities, milestones, and deliverables.
We look for our Project Manager/Scrum Masters to have several of the following:
5-8 years of project management experience, ideally in consulting, enterprise, or technology-driven environments
Proven track record leading technology implementations, business transformations, and cross-functional initiatives
3-5 years of hands-on experience in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban), including facilitation of sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid), with the ability to balance Agile coaching and delivery focus
Experience managing project scope, schedule, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery
Skilled in removing impediments, problem-solving, and driving accountability across teams
Proficiency with Agile project management tools (Jira, Trello, Monday.com, or similar)
Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence and align diverse teams
Familiarity with loyalty, third-party delivery (DoorDash, UberEats), supply chain, or logistics industries (preferred)
