MDG follows a hybrid work model of Monday/Friday remote and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in our Boca Raton office. Our scheduled work hours are 9a-6p every day.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze business objectives and translate them into detailed project plans.
Define and plan the scope of digital projects, prepare budgets, allocate resources, and manage timelines.
Prioritize projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding scope, technical requirements, and trade-offs.
Leverage tools to improve software development workflows, maximize team productivity, and mitigate risks.
Forecast resource needs and management accordingly to meet project goals.
Act as the point of contact for developers, clients, and internal teams to ensure clarity on priorities and risk areas.

RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, digital marketing, or a related field.
4+ years of experience as a technical project or program manager, preferably within a digital agency.
Experience implementing project management tools and productivity/reporting platforms.
Strong understanding of development workflows and terminology.
