What you already have: Education, Experience, and Licensing: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or High School diploma and equivalent relevant work experience required. 5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a similar role. 2+ years' experience in P&C insurance required. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Scrum certification (e.g., Professional Scrum Master [PSM], SAFe Scrum Master [SSM]) required. Experience using agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or other project management software preferred. Qualifications/Skills and Competencies: Proficient in using agile tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Blueprint Storyteller, and MS Visio. Understanding of Property & Casualty insurance lines of business (Home and Commercial Property) is a plus. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate between various teams. Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in program management, including scope, schedule, quality, stakeholder, risk, and budget management. Proven ability to be adaptable and flexible; able to adjust to new requirements or unforeseen issues. Demonstrate strong organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
