Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $166,000 to $187,000 at the commencement of employment. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate's geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications.
In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Understands business needs and develop solutions that delight consumers and customers
* Understands Agile artifacts and develops applications based upon business priority. Collaborate with project partners to ensure all requirements are met. Handles relationships with end user communities. Interacts regularly with users to gather feedback, listen to their issues and concerns, recommend solutions.
* Provide leadership during application design and development for highly complex or critical initiatives across numerous lines of business and shared technology.
* Build and lead high-performing, agile teams
* Ensure cross collaboration with sister teams in other geographies

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
* BS/BA or greater
* Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and/or CSP
* 5+ years of experience as a ScrumMaster
* Knowledge of Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban, and other Agile development techniques
* Efficient verbal and written communication skills
* Comfort with ticketing tools such as JIRA
* Experience with large-scale application development
* Experience with the full AWS stack will be a plus
* A true believer in measuring success based on working software and in quick prototyping

* Experience handling internal and external teams at the same time, working with multiple brands and digital properties of varying maturities
