Qualifications Required:
5+ years as an Agile Coach
Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Atlassian Analytics, Data Lake, Jira Align, Miro, Power BI
Develop and manage comprehensive Jira/Confluence queries, dashboards, and performance metrics for reporting
Create complex Jira workflows, design and manage Jira components including project workflows, screen schemes, and notification schemes
Strong knowledge of JQL and ability to create and manage advanced queries
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Atlassian products, administration best practices, and Agile methodology
Performs team coaching at product and product portfolio level with a systemic approach to maximize learning, self-organization, performance, and sense of accountability, focusing on teams' capability to define and refine their agile processes and frameworks

What you will do
Project Managers are responsible for managing fire alarm, security, communications, and sprinkler installation projects in commercial, educational, healthcare, and industrial facilities, positively representing the company in all client and architect/engineer interactions. 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles, backlog refinement, and cross-team coordination.
Excellent communicator who builds trust across engineering, product, and design.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, data-driven, and AI-centric environment.
Bonus if you have experience in FinTech, RegTech, or enterprise SaaS environments with compliance or data-sensitivity considerations.

The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position based on a good faith assessment of the role and market data at the time of posting. About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality software and driving projects to successful completion. Key Responsibilities:
Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all standard ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Serve as Project Manager for broader initiatives, overseeing timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
Remove impediments and support team collaboration to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with Product Owners, Engineers, QA, Designers, and stakeholders to ensure clear requirements and deliverables.
Maintain Jira (or other Agile tools), ensuring transparency of backlog, sprint health, and project progress.
Track and report on key project metrics including velocity, burn-down, and delivery milestones.

Qualifications:
3-6 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager in a software development environment.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management principles.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects and coordinating distributed teams.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Familiarity with development processes involving C#, .NET, SQL, and Angular is a strong advantage.
Certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or PMP is a plus.
Experience in Healthcare, HCM (Human Capital Management), or SaaS environments is a strong plus.
