Oracle Health Data Intelligence (HDI) is hiring a Principal Technical Program Manager - Operations to lead key strategic and operational initiatives across the organization. This is a highly visible role where you'll report directly to the Director of Operations as a right-hand leader and help scale programs, headcount, tooling, and processes across operations, engineering, product, leadership, and other cross-functional partner teams. **Responsibilities**

The Project Manager - Technical coordinates complex internal technical initiatives that require collaboration between Lightspeed engineering teams, internal stakeholders and external partners. This role ensures seamless execution of projects involving third-party integrations, vendor partnerships, and cross-functional internal stakeholders.
This is a hybrid position that works in the office 2 days per week.
What you'll do:
Project Coordination & Execution
Lead internal technical projects from initiation through delivery, coordinating between engineering squads, product teams, QA, and external vendors
Manage project timelines, dependencies, and risks across multiple concurrent initiatives involving third-party integrations and internal platform development
Facilitate planning sessions, sprint coordination, and quarterly roadmap alignment for projects spanning multiple teams
Track and communicate project status, blockers, and critical path items to technical and business stakeholders
Stakeholder Management
Serve as primary liaison between internal engineering teams and third-party vendors/partners for technical integration projects
Translate technical requirements and constraints for non-technical stakeholders and business requirements for engineering teams
Coordinate with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and QA to ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Manage vendor relationships and escalations, ensuring SLAs and delivery commitments are met
Technical Coordination
Understand technical architecture, APIs, and integration patterns sufficiently to identify dependencies and potential issues
Coordinate technical planning activities including architecture reviews, infrastructure provisioning, and deployment strategies
Work with Cloud Engineering and DevOps teams to ensure infrastructure readiness for project launches
Track technical debt and quality metrics related to project deliverables
Process & Documentation
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including technical specifications, integration guides, and runbooks
Update project tracking systems (Jira, Confluence) with current status, risks, and action items
Prepare executive summaries and reports on project health, budget utilization, and milestone achievement
Facilitate retrospectives and capture lessons learned to improve future project execution
Quality & Risk Management
Monitor project quality metrics and coordinate with QA on testing strategies for complex integrations
Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans for critical dependencies
Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements for third-party integrations
Coordinate incident response and post-mortem activities when project-related issues arise in production
What you should have:
3-5+ years of technical project management experience, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS environments
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies (Scrum), and DevOps practices
Experience managing projects involving API integrations, cloud infrastructure, and third-party vendor coordination
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with competing priorities
Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge technical and business conversations
Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Slack)
PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification preferred
Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams strongly preferred
