We're seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead agile delivery for a major enterprise initiative: implementing ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) as part of our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modernization program.
What You'll Do
Drive agile practices and coach teams through the full ServiceNow IRM implementation lifecycle.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with strategic GRC objectives.
What We're Looking For
Agile Expertise: 5+ years as a Scrum Master on enterprise-scale projects; strong facilitation and coaching skills.
ServiceNow IRM Experience: Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow, especially IRM modules (risk management, issue management, controls testing, policy & compliance).
GRC Knowledge: Understanding of governance, risk, and compliance processes.
Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business teams.
Nice to Have
CSM, PSM, or ServiceNow certifications.
Experience driving organizational change and Agile adoption.
