Qualifications: • 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles, with extensive experience as a Scrum Master or Agile team lead. • Strong working knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or equivalent. • Demonstrated expertise using Azure DevOps for Agile planning, tracking, and reporting. • Experience supporting and coaching high-performing, cross-functional Agile teams. • Strong facilitation, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt for technical and non-technical audiences. • Proven experience in identifying and removing blockers, managing team dependencies, and fostering team health. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business) or equivalent experience. • Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, A-CSM, SAFe SM, PMI-ACP) strongly preferred. • Ability to customize ADO dashboards and reports to meet stakeholder and team needs. The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is ($65-72/hr). Actual hourly rate will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
