Job Responsibilities

* Drive a Secure Product Development Lifecycle approach that establishes a strong cybersecurity focus and culture across the entire engineering lifecycle
* Trains, mentors, and supports Scrum teams and others within the enterprise to follow and deeply understand Agile values, principles, and practices
* Use Agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
* Assists the Product Owner with road mapping, epic creation, decomposition and multi-sprint planning
* Support the estimation and prioritization of user stories
* Collect, track, and report Agile metrics on performance and progress
* Drive a culture of learning and continuous improvement
* Support the teams' ability to drive resolution of impediments and escalate where required

* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
* Minimum seven (7) years experience working on an Agile team or leading finance technology projects, including five (5) years of experience as a Scrum Master
* No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH to be considered.
