The Scrum Master's primary accountabilities are coaching Scrum theory and practice as well as improving the delivery effectiveness of the team. The Scrum Master works closely with the Product Management team, Team Lead developer and Software Development Manager to ensure sprint deliverables are on track and align with the Product Roadmap.
