Position Summary:
Full-time Call Center Specialist position available for our Call Center located in White Center, near Seattle, WA. We are looking for customer service oriented candidates who are bilingual in English/Spanish. Position Summary:
Sea Mar Behavioral Health's diverse and quickly expanding program is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Provider Aide for our Behavioral Health Department in Vancouver, WA. This position is located at our Salmon Creek Clinic.
The Psychiatric Provider Aide supports Psychiatric prescribers in administrative and clinical areas. This position also works with Mental Health Therapists and Chemical Dependency Professionals in coordinating care to ensure continuity of care for clients. The Psychiatric Provider Aide provides screenings and case management in coordination with other teams or parties involved in treatment. Candidate participates actively as a team member in the delivery of client services, and the coordination of community support services.
Assists in insuring agency compliance with WAC's, RCW's, and other pertinent laws, regulations, and contracts. In addition staff will ensure that charts, prescription refill requests, and all information or paperwork the psychiatric prescriber will need is prepared ahead of time and organized in the fashion preferred by the prescriber. Ensure medication storage, maintenance, dispensation and waste logs are maintained in accordance with Sea Mar policies and procedures. Any area of non-compliance should be reported immediately to the supervisor/manager, if applicable. Ensures that all medical, nursing, health & safety and personnel policies and procedures are being followed and implemented. They will be required to follow other instructions and to perform other duties as assigned by their supervisor.
Qualifications:
Must posses a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License from Washington State.
Posses a current CPR/BLS card or obtain one within 90 days of employment.
Must have a current First Aid Certificate.
Must have minimum CNA, MA, EMT, LPN, RN.
Must have active Washington State Department of Health license.
Basic mathematical skills are required including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and division. Convert pounds to kilograms, etc.
Must have no history or evidence of alcohol or other drug misuse for a period of three (3) years immediately prior to being hired.
Washington State Driver's License required.
Familiarity with computer software desired.
Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
Must be able to pass a background screening.

What You'll Do:
Complete the Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessment and complete intake sessions with clients.
Formulate a mental health diagnosis by the current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders V (DSM V) standards.
Develop an initial treatment plan, incorporating standard practice guidelines for each diagnosis.
Review and update the treatment plan with the client and others involved in the individual's care as appropriate. Measures change and adjusts treatment as needed.
Document assessments and care provided in the client's Electronic Health Record (EHR) and complete all documentation as required.
Complete encounters and associated documentation according to YVFWC requirements and coding and billing rules.
Respond to crisis situations with assigned individuals, assesses urgency of individual's needs and help obtain appropriate services as needed.
Assist individuals and families in obtaining additional mental health services and other social resources as needed. Document all referrals made to YVFWC case manager or other resources.
Work with individuals to transition and maintain a presence in a community setting after psychiatric hospitalizations.
Present mental health findings in verbal or written format to appropriate professionals. Provides case presentations for peer review.

Who We're Looking For:

Essential Functions/Responsibilities/Duties

Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma/GED

Qualifications
Clinical Psychologist Requirements:
Education: Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
Experience Preferred: One year's clinical experience working within a multidisciplinary team in primary care or other medical settings, providing diagnostic and psychological assessments for primary care-based positions. One year's clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and families in specialty behavioral health settings.
Licenses/Registration: Licensed Psychologist within the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 45 days of hire.
Master's Level Therapist Requirements
Education: Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
Experience Required: Two years of postgraduate/master's experience in the direct treatment of persons with mental illness or emotional disturbance; such experience must have been gained under the supervision of a mental health professional. Washington State designation as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) may be substituted for this experience requirement.
Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 45 days of hire. One of the following licenses is required for this position (must apply for within one week of hire if the license is not current):

This training program must be comprised of at least 720 hours of medical assistant training, including at least 160 hours in a clinical externship.

Education and/or Experience:

Computer skills, verbal and written skills, and confidentiality is a must.
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, but not required.

Position Summary:
Full-time Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) needed to work in our outpatient family medical clinic in Olympia and Elma. This is a Medical Nutrition Therapy position. While in this position, the RD will work closely with the Primary Care Providers (PCP), Health Educator, MSS/WIC, Care Coordinator and other clinical team members in an outpatient setting. The RD is responsible for food and nutrition counseling and will provide patient risk assessment and nutrition services to pediatric, teen and adult patients referred by PCP.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains complete and up-to-date charts (documenting counseling session as specified by program guidelines in legible form), and statistical program records but not limited to: Misys EMREHR records, WIC/CIMS Flow sheet, WIC diet records, certification sheets weight/height grids, diet evaluation sheets, infant birth outcomes, appointment schedules and encounter forms.
Establishes and maintains professional working relationships with team members and other Sea Mar staff. Serves as a liaison between Nutrition and/or WIC and other clinic and community services and makes referrals as appropriate.
Provides Medical, MSS, and patient nutritional assessment and nutrition counseling. Facilitates
appointment time through scheduling and following up on failed appointments according to
protocol, coordinates services with other health professionals, and cooperates with other
departments. Documents assessment, treatment, and plan of action from counseling session in
Medical record according to protocol.
Compares information collected to program criteria to accurately determine WIC eligibility and
nutrition risk factors.
Determines appropriate food package, explains nutrient content of WIC foods, identifies contracted food vendor, issues manual or computerized food vouchers and documents check issuance.
Required Education and Certification:
Bachelors or Master's degree in Nutrition from an accredited university.
Completion of accredited dietetic internship program or Coordinated Undergraduate Program in Dietetics. Registered Dietitian (RD) credential and Certified Dietitian in the state of Washington required at time of hire.
Experience and Required Skills:
1 year experience in an outpatient nutrition setting is desired, but not required.
Experience in a community nutrition setting with an interest in eating disorders, weight management and diabetes education desired.
Ability to deal patiently and empathetically with multicultural clientele, even under stressful conditions, is required.
Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred - please mention your language abilities in your application materials. Ability to perform responsibilities with minimal supervision is essential.
