We are recruiting for the following position(s): Administrative Assistant - Posting #26712 Hourly Rate: $21.63 - $24.03 Position Summary: Full-time Administrative Assistant position available for Renacer, our residential behavioral health treatment center in Seattle. The successful candidate will be mission driven and will be an example-setting, dedicated professional, solution-based problem solver, knowledgeable resource, aware, effective communicator and community-minded advocate. Will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties. Will also be tracking budgets of various contracts, expense reporting, contract management, new hire processing, executive support, and coordination of ongoing tasks and projects. Must have the ability to compose correspondence, memos and reports. In addition to the above duties, the Admin Assistant needs to be well versed in medical insurance and be comfortable with Electronic Health Records. It would be beneficial to have some knowledge of medications and be comfortable with auditing processes. The Admin Assistant will also be responsible for reviewing and tracking of all check requests and checks. Processes all incoming and outgoing mail. Supports data management for the Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program. Supports manager meetings a necessary. Must be able to work with minimal supervision, use good judgment, maintain confidentiality, prioritize workload and meet deadlines. Requirements and/or Education: High School Diploma or GED with coursework in typing, stenography, English and Mathematics required Administrative office, non-profit, and/or healthcare experience a plus. Knowledge of Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), insurance, and medical billing. Excellent oral and written English, Microsoft Office, organizational, and customer service skills. Able to multi-task, problem solve, thrive in a dynamic work environment, and enjoy working with a variety of people. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
