Performs procedures in systematic and efficient manner, focusing on anatomy to be imaged while considering status of patient. 5. Demonstrates competency in technical skills as evidenced by quality, accuracy of images produced, and appropriateness of techniques used. 6. Displays competency with table controls, control panel, and archiving systems 7. Practices radiation safety and informs management immediately in all cases when a radiation safety question or problem exists. S 8. Performs interventional procedures appropriately under guidance of Licensed Provider. 9. Practices proper sterile technique when setting up for biopsies, maintains sterile field. 10. Maintains a working knowledge of all supplies necessary for any exam 11. Performs Fluoroscopy under the direct supervision of a Licensed Provider. 12. Provides appropriate patient care for radiology, IV, O2, IV Pump, etc. 13. Practices appropriate infection control. 14. Assesses quality and appropriateness of images with minimal supervision. 15. Transports patients when needed. 16. Maintains patient records and documentation accurately. 17. Charges supplies accurately. 18. Reports equipment malfunctions to supervisor immediately. 19. Participates in routine cleaning of radiology equipment. 20. Uses resources in a cost-effective manner. 21. Performs and/or participates in the Radiology services Process Improvement, Quality Assurance,Quality Control and MQSA activities as may be required. 22. Conforms, performs and/or participates in all mandated and/or voluntary programs of the Imaging services to comply with the provisions of JCAHO, DHS, and any regulatory agency requirements. 23. Annotation projects may include classification, segmentation (polygons or Photoshop-based matting), bounding box creation, and subjective analysis of visual assets. Responsibilities: Annotate, categorize, and review the quality of annotated data (including text and images). Provide detailed feedback on trends and patterns observed within datasets. Understand and follow project-specific annotation guidelines and examples. Perform repetitive annotation tasks with precision, consistency, and efficiency. Evaluate external partner work for quality assurance and apply scoring based on established standards. Identify differences and inconsistencies between visual assets with accuracy. Requirements: At least 2 years of professional experience in data annotation, data labeling, or quality assurance. Prior Photoshop experience or familiarity with image editing tools. Native proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Arabic, Italian, Dutch. Strong time management and multitasking skills. Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Advanced proficiency in mac OS, iOS, and iPadOS applications (Numbers, Keynote, Pages). Experience working with mac OS 10.14 or higher. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Comfortable navigating digital tools, platforms, and internal systems efficiently. DISTINGUISHING FEATURES Positions in this classification are located in the Health Care Services Agency (HCSA), and reports to senior management are assigned to support their respective department. Incumbents in this classification are responsible for providing supervision, professional, administrative, and technical services in fund development and grant activities while having a strategic relationship with departmental Finance to maximize leveraging grant and federal-state funding sources. EXAMPLES OF DUTIES In addition to meeting the minimum requirements for this position, the ideal candidate will possess the following critical attributes: Provides direct management of subordinate staff who report to the position. Assigns tasks to project team members and is accountable for team member task performance. Provides and models project leadership by establishing and adhering to accepted occupational boundaries for performance and time management. Leads cross-agency coordination for large scale fund development activities including researching and identifying potential grant/funding opportunities, developing and leading project management plans related to funding opportunities, writing funding proposals, and ensuring timely and complete fund development package submission. Oversees and develops all grant application analysis for funding award viability including preparing funding opportunity summaries, providing data-driven recommendations on funding submissions, and guiding staff in preparing and reviewing grant applications. Leads the development of agencywide policies, procedures, guidance, and training regarding fund development and grants management for AC Health to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Supports program launches and early implementation of awarded grants through assisting with Board letters and advising on administrative, fiscal, and evaluation structures for grant management. Independently creates and adapts tools, templates, and other materials to fit the needs of fund development projects. Oversee development and implementation of grants management systems and databases. Maintain the database to include grant information, submissions, progress, and report. Refine grant processing protocols. Monitor and analyze Federal and State legislation, regulatory requirements and changes, rules and budget affecting agency grants and contract management and provide regular strategic recommendations to agency leadership. Recommends, prioritizes, and executes funding strategies in conjunction with Agency and Department leadership; identifies, funding opportunities to maximize revenues, leverage strengths and partnerships, and deliver prioritized services. Serves as a member divisional (SIPA) and agencywide leadership teams (ALT and ELT) and contributes to strategic planning, program policy, and cross-department initiatives. Convenes and leads workgroups across AC Health to execute fund development initiatives. Represents the agency in partnerships with local, state, and federal funding organizations. Leads grants project management including developing and negotiate funding applications and MOUs, and coordinating across AC Health strategies, service delivery, and scopes of work. Manage agencywide fund development activities including developing and implementing program and outreach strategies, vendor management, and events, individual donor, and capital campaigns. Administers, manage, and track complex multi-million-dollar grants, cooperative agreements, and other funding streams; and serves as the primary point of contact for all agencywide funder communications. Oversees program or subordinate staff to coordinate grant activities including reporting, work plan and budget revisions, implementation and evaluation plans, and grant closeout. Coordinates with Finance teams and participates in the design of fiscal structures to ensure execution of required grant-related financial activities; creates and updates grant/fund development forecasts. Participates in departmental, agency, and county-wide planning and coordination processes; ensures the most strategic use of grant resources to provide for the most effective delivery of services across divisions and departments. Prepares narrative and/or statistical reports; makes presentations to management, County leadership, partners, and stakeholders; monitors legislative and regulatory changes that may affect program operations and recommends necessary changes.
