Chuck Shaffer serves as a Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at Seacoast Banking Corporation.

Julie Kleffel is Seacoast Bank's EVP, Chief Banking Officer. She joined the Seacoast leadership team as a result of a merger between her former institution BankFIRST and Seacoast Bank. Initially, Julie joined Seacoast as their Small Business Banking Leader and was responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing the bank's small business banking strategies and initiatives statewide. She also served as the Community Banking Executive and most recently, has expanded her scope as the Chief Banking Officer to oversee the residential lending, wealth, marine, and specialty finance along with the full community bank organization which includes all retail, government lending, and the customer service center for the organization. Prior to the merger, Julie was BankFIRST’s Executive Vice President and Commercial Sales Leader. She has more than twenty years of overall banking experience. As a graduate of the ABA National and Graduate Commercial Lending Schools, Ms. Kleffel has also received the prestigious “Certified Lender Business Banker” designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers. She completed her professional education by graduating with distinction from the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania in 2009. Her graduate Capstone Strategic Project was published by the ABA immediately following her graduation. She has served as an Advisor and Advocate for the school since 2009. She is also a graduate of the Center for Creative Leadership Program at Eckerd College. Tracey Dexter is EVP Chief Financial Officer, having joined Seacoast Bank in 2017 as Controller. Prior to joining Seacoast, Tracey was a senior manager with 12 years of experience in public accounting, serving PwC’s New York Banking and Capital Markets practice. Tracey’s areas of focus included SEC/financial reporting and disclosures, internal controls, accounting policy, commercial loan accounting and the allowance for loan losses. In 2012, Tracey joined PwC's SEC Services Group within the National Quality Organization for a 2-year tour, where she reviewed the SEC filings of domestic and foreign public registrant audit clients, assisting engagement teams with reporting and disclosure matters, communications with the SEC, and transactional documents.Prior to her role in the NQO, Tracey spent eight years in the Florida Market working with regional and community banks, finance companies, foreign bank subsidiaries, agencies and branches in both audit and advisory roles. Tracey is a CPA licensed to practice in New York and Florida.
