Provide crisis caseload coverage with high quality treatment using evidenced based practices.
Review all regulatory documentation of client treatment and oversee coordination of care with other professionals working with client, at the Lower Shore Clinic and, with client permission, outside agencies.
Ensure the Lower Shore Clinic maintains high quality, culturally competent clinical care management.
Provide supervision to administrative staff and direct line staff.
Complete agency and regulatory reports.
Maintain total confidentiality and adhere to State and HIPAA law, CARF accreditation standards and Maryland State Regulations.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Authority:
Position reports to the Director of Outpatient Services, who provides administrative and clinical supervision. Schedules, assignments, and evaluations will be provided by the Director of Outpatient Services.
