The Shipping and Receiving Associate - Technology Hardware plays a critical role in ensuring our colleagues have the technology they need to succeed. You will manage the secure movement and tracking of IT hardware across the bank while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and control. This role offers hands-on exposure to enterprise IT operations with opportunities to grow your technical and process expertise.Key Accountabilities
Manage end-to-end shipping and receiving of technology hardware, including laptops, monitors, peripherals, and networking equipment.
Track and maintain accurate hardware inventory and chain-of-custody records within ServiceNow.
Support IT lifecycle activities such as new deployments, refresh programs, and secure decommissioning.
Audit inventory and reconcile discrepancies, implementing corrective actions to strengthen controls.
Partner with Field Services, IT Asset Management, and logistics vendors to ensure timely and secure deliveries.
Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and asset traceability
Required
Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Field of study in Logistics, IT Operations, or a related area
2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or IT operations involving technology hardware
Preferred
2+ years of experience with IT asset management tools or IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)

Summary:
Hoist Operators keep our materials moving safely and efficiently!
