The Cabana Check-In Team Members are responsible for warmly welcoming guests to the park and providing guests with information on how to get to their cabana. They must possess strong communication skills to professionally respond to guest inquiries via email and phone. Additionally, they are responsible for confirming next-day cabana reservations, adjusting as needed, including booking, moving, upgrading, and downgrading cabanas.
