Requirements A minimum of 3 years of experience in dental office management or related healthcare facility management. Demonstrated leadership skills with a robust ability to manage, inspire, and lead a team. Comprehensive understanding of dental office procedures and workflows. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven record of implementing efficient protocols. Strong organizational abilities coupled with proficient knowledge of financial practices including budgeting, payroll, and accounting. Proficient in dental practice management software as well as general computer literacy. Solid communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring clear and effective interaction with staff and patients.
