Blanche is a 2011 MBA graduate of MIT Sloan School of Management with over 7 years of experience in business development and strategy focused on marketing and merchandising in the retail, consumer, and technology space.

Most recently, Blanche was the Chief of Staff for Kmart Apparel, working directly with the President of Kmart Apparel, on high-profile strategy projects for $3Bn Kmart Apparel as well as $15Bn Kmart brand, including planning and execution of Holiday 2012 and Back to School 2013 for total Kmart brand.

Today, she is responsible for merchandising and marketing activities of a $42M private label contemporary women’s fashion brand at Kmart across 1000+ stores nationwide and online, working with numerous cross-functional partners in design, sourcing, inventory, marketing, and online, as well as managing an external vendor base.

At MIT Sloan, Blanche was focusing on marketing, branding, and strategy and participated in a number of strategic marketing projects working directly with large consumer and retail companies.
