Worked for Monark Appliances some of the management were nice and wanted to make a difference those I applaud.
Some of the old management and employees refused to accept change and therefore saw some great management resources leave because of frustration and too many political and gossip going on
Unfortunately the favorite perks went away with the Management of Monark that gave the feeling of appreciation, too bad a few spoiled that place
