Responsibilities: greet and welcome spa guests in a friendly and professional manner. answer phone calls and emails, schedule appointments, and assist with inquiries. maintain a neat and organized reception area. stock and restock retail products in the spa, ensuring inventory levels are maintained. assist with cleaning and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the spa, including treatment rooms, common areas, and restrooms. handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. process payments and handle cash transactions accurately. provide information about spa services, packages, and special promotions. communicate effectively with spa staff to coordinate guest appointments. maintain guest records and ensure confidentiality of information. handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and courteous manner. collaborate with the spa team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
