The opportunity
We're hiring for you to join our team as a sales associate in our stores. In this role, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works - understanding our customers' needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. Our associates are dedicated to delivering exceptional and consistent customer experiences that positively impact sales growth in their store, and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment. As an associate, you will:

• Consistently execute our selling model in a fun, team environment
• Meet sales goals and expectations during your scheduled shifts
• Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, uncovering needs, making product recommendations, sales conversion and capturing customer phone numbers/email addresses
• Support product replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation and marketing placement as needed
• Abide by our values, policies, procedures and safety messages

Part-Time
Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Adheres to the companys customer satisfaction guidelines and demonstrates appropriate interactions with customers and co-workers
Assists customers with problems or concerns, and contacts store management as appropriate regarding customers with problems or concerns
Provides feedback to store management on all products, including recommending new items to carry, products that should be discontinued, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues that could impact productivity
Supports store management in providing a safe environment for fellow employees, customers, and vendors by identifying and rectifying hazards and/or equipment in need of maintenance
Assists store management in achieving store payroll and total loss goals
Adheres to inventory procedures and product handling guidelines
Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
Complies with all other established company policies and procedures
Processes customer purchases, performs general cleaning duties, and returns misplaced items to shelves
Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader
Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility
Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge

Position Summary:

A Foods Services Cashier will be responsible for maintaining guest services and taking money in the form of cash or credit in exchange for food or services.

. Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide warm attention and be polite towards our customers

• Represent the CAI image by coming to work clean and in uniform

• Be on time for your shift

• Respect your superiors and fellow workers

• To participate as part of a team by assisting others when needed

• Responsible for greeting the guests, along with taking orders and payments from guests by following cash handling procedures

• Utilize computerized cash registers to process sales

• Always be ready to identify and resolve customer requests

• Use sales techniques to increase sales transactions

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas

• Fulfill all of the assignments given to you

• Follow all CAI policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of basic math

• Skill in handling and counting cash

• Skill in communications with public

• Minimal knowledge of food handling

Salary: Competitive Salaries of up to $17/hour including retention & Performance incentives.
