Primary focus is the delivery of product to customers ensuring customer satisfaction through on-time delivery and professional interaction. The Delivery Driver (non-CDL) is responsible for providing timely transportation of products from origin to destination as assigned, along with unloading and staging products at customer's place of business. This is a flexible schedule of Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday. Responsibilities: Loading Petroleum products at refineries, ethanol plants, and bulk storage facilities. Unloading Petroleum products at numerous customer locations such as gas stations, airports, refineries, and bulk storage facilities. Ability to pump on and off petroleum and ethanol products using a Power Take Off. Dropping, hooking and connecting trailers to semi-truck. This includes manually raising and lowering dolly legs on the trailer with up to 50 pounds of torque resistance. Hooking up hoses and fittings to load and unload these Petroleum products safely and securely. Checking customer tank levels prior to unloading to make sure tanks do not fill past 90% ullage. We are looking for a Petroleum driver within a 50-mile radius of Des Moines, IA to deliver petroleum-based products in bulk, transport them via Semi-Truck and Trailer, and unload products at various customer locations. This is a flexible schedule of Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday. Responsibilities: Loading Petroleum products at refineries, ethanol plants, and bulk storage facilities. Unloading Petroleum products at numerous customer locations such as gas stations, airports, refineries, and bulk storage facilities. Ability to pump on and off petroleum and ethanol products using a Power Take Off. Dropping, hooking and connecting trailers to semi-truck. This includes manually raising and lowering dolly legs on the trailer with up to 50 pounds of torque resistance. Hooking up hoses and fittings to load and unload these Petroleum products safely and securely. Checking customer tank levels prior to unloading to make sure tanks do not fill past 90% ullage.
